These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of nutanajewels.com (the "Site") and to any purchase, consultation, or custom order made with NUTANA, operated by PT Generasi Kemilau Baru ("NUTANA", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Our Services

NUTANA designs and makes bespoke, made-to-order, and ready-to-wear jewelry in Jakarta, Indonesia. We offer consultations in our Jakarta showroom and remotely, and we deliver within Indonesia and to supported international destinations.

2. Products, Colours and Stones

We take care to show our pieces accurately. Because every piece is handcrafted and every stone is unique, small variations in colour, size, finish, and stone characteristics from photos, 3D previews, and digital designs are normal and are not considered defects. 3D views, on-skin previews, and stone-size guides are visual aids only.

Our diamonds are lab-grown unless stated otherwise. Where a stone is certified, the certificate is provided with your piece.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise and may be displayed in other currencies for convenience. For custom and bespoke pieces, the final price is confirmed in a written quotation before production. We may correct pricing errors and update prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received according to the terms in your order or quotation.

4. Custom and Bespoke Orders

Custom pieces follow our process: consultation, design direction, stone and material selection, digital design review, and production. Production begins only after you approve the final digital design and quotation. Changes requested after approval may not be possible, or may affect the price and timeline.

Bespoke and made-to-order pieces typically take around 4–8 weeks after design approval. More complex pieces may need additional time; we will keep you updated if the timeline changes.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Finished pieces are packaged carefully and sent with a trackable delivery service, or can be collected from our Jakarta showroom. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on your destination and are confirmed before dispatch. Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates.

For international orders, import duties, customs charges, and local taxes are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Because our pieces are made to order and often personalised, all sales are final and pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by law or where a piece arrives with a manufacturing defect. If your piece arrives damaged or not as approved, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can make it right.

7. Warranty and Aftercare

Every NUTANA piece comes with a 3-year warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects. Within the warranty period we also offer essential care services, including cleaning, polishing, and re-plating to restore the finish, and resizing support of up to 3 HK sizes where the design allows.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, loss of stones caused by impact, accidental damage, misuse, or alterations or repairs made by anyone other than NUTANA. Shipping costs for warranty service may apply.

8. Sizing

We will guide you through sizing before production. You are responsible for confirming the size you provide. Where a piece needs resizing, please see Warranty and Aftercare above.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, 3D models, and other content on the Site belong to NUTANA or its licensors. Custom designs created by NUTANA remain our intellectual property; you may not reproduce them or have them reproduced by others without our written permission. You confirm that any references you share with us may be used for the purpose of creating your piece.

10. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing it by automated means, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access to the Site at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NUTANA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be resolved amicably; if that is not possible, it will be settled by the competent courts of Indonesia.
